I was thinking of you yesterday, visiting the Tower of London with William. There is an interesting exhibit there, "Dressed to Kill" (Henry the VIII, of course, in particular the Camp du Drap d'Or.) The curators omitted the fact that Francis soundly trounced Henry at wrestling...

Catherine, I'm envious you got to see the exhibition and hope you will blog about it. As for wrestling match between the two kings during which François purportedly trounced Henry, the historian I respect most claims that the event was probably apocryphal. I'm sure François would have won such a match, however, given the opportunity!
